These Terms of Use govern your use of OyOCam, provided by Op Media Limited. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

OyOCam provides tools for photo capture, video recording, and audio recording. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, and subscription status.

2. Acceptable use

You must use the app lawfully and respect the privacy, intellectual property, and other rights of others. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording people, conversations, or private locations.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the media you create. Recordings are stored locally by default, and you are responsible for managing, securing, and backing up your content.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Optional premium features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are administered through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

5. Intellectual property

The app, branding, interface, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Op Media Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We work to provide a reliable service, but the app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will work with every device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Op Media Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms.
